We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Euronext Technology team.\nThe position will be based in Porto and you will report to the Product Manager Lead.\nYou will primarily be responsible for:\nDefining, owning and executing the product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.\nActing as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, operations and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.\nLeading product discovery activities to identify opportunities, validate business value and define strategic initiatives.\nTranslating complex business needs into product requirements, epics and user stories, ensuring clear communication of priorities and expected outcomes.\nOwning and prioritising the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business value, operational efficiency and technical constraints.\nDriving delivery within Agile teams, providing clear direction and decision-making to maximise value creation and ensure successful outcomes.\nMonitoring product performance through relevant KPIs and customer feedback, identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous optimisation.\nManaging dependencies, risks and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and platforms.\nLeading testing, release planning and go-to-market activities to ensure high-quality product deployments.\nSupporting the adoption of innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence capabilities, to improve efficiency, scalability and time-to-market.\nYour profile:\nDegree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or a related role within financial services, technology or complex operational environments.\nProven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering business-critical products in Agile environments.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior leaders, business users and technical teams.\nDemonstrated experience translating strategic objectives into actionable product initiatives and measurable results.\nSolid understanding of Agile methodologies, product management frameworks and delivery practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\nExcellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.\nExperience managing complex dependencies, competing priorities and cross-functional programmes.\nStrategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to execution.\nExperience leveraging data, automation and AI-driven capabilities to enhance product outcomes is considered a plus.\nApply by submitting a CV in English.\nJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.
