We are looking for a Team Lead - Network and Security Operations to join the Production Services team. The position will be based in Porto, and you will report to the Group Production Services.\nYou will primarily be responsible for:\nLeading and developing a team of around 15 Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Security Operations Centre (SOC) professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture\nManaging the day-to-day operation of a 24/7 Network and Security Operations function, ensuring service continuity, operational excellence and adherence to service level agreements\nDriving the integration and evolution of NOC and SOC models, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve collaboration and increase efficiency\nOverseeing team capacity, shift planning, on-call coverage, performance management and professional development\nSupporting recruitment, onboarding, training and certification plans to ensure the team is equipped for a complex and evolving technology environment\nProviding hands-on technical leadership during complex incidents and escalations, working closely with senior engineers and analysts\nOverseeing network operations across WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, load balancing, DNS/DHCP, Internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, cloud networking and datacentre infrastructure\nProviding operational oversight of security monitoring and incident response, including alert triage, investigations, endpoint security, SIEM operations and IAM-related events\nEnsuring effective use of monitoring and security platforms, including Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender, and driving automation and process improvement\nLeading and coordinating major incidents, acting as Incident Commander when required and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders\nDriving post-incident reviews and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are implemented\nManaging relationships with technology vendors and external service providers\nMaintaining and improving operational procedures, knowledge bases and technical documentation\nStaying up to date with developments in networking, cybersecurity and cloud technologies, and translating these into practical improvements\nYour profile:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or a related field\nAt least five years’ experience in network operations, security operations or a related technical environment\nMinimum two years’ experience in team leadership, coordination or people management\nProven expertise in network operations, with strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts and technologies\nGood understanding of security operations, including monitoring, incident response and event investigation\nExperience in both NOC and SOC environments is highly valued\nStrong knowledge of network technologies (routing, switching, WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, load balancing, DNS/DHCP, Internet connectivity)\nExperience with technologies such as Juniper, Arista, Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, F5, Aruba and Cloudflare is a plus\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender or equivalent SIEM and EDR technologies\nExperience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)\nStrong understanding of incident, major incident and problem management, ideally with ITIL practices\nExperience managing external service providers and operational stakeholders\nExcellent people management, coaching and team development skills\nAbility to combine technical depth with operational and people leadership\nStrong process mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences\nFluent in English, both written and spoken\nSecurity or networking certifications are an advantage\nJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation - and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.
