Facilitation des cérémonies SAFe : PI Planning, démonstrations de fin de sprint, rétrospectives de train, événements de synchronisation inter-équipes\n\n2. Coaching & Mentorat : accompagnement des Scrum Masters, Product Owners, et leads techniques sur les bonnes pratiques SAFe\n\n3. Suppression des obstacles : identification et escalade des blocages empêchant la fluidité du train de livraison\n\n4. Alignement stratégique : assurer la cohérence entre les objectifs métier et l'exécution des équipes\n\n5. Métriques & Visibilité : mise en place et suivi des indicateurs clés (vélocité, burndown, risques, dépendances)\n\n6. Gouvernance agile : accompagnement sur les processus de décision, les arbitrages, et la gestion des dépendances inter-trains\n\nProfil Recherché\n\nExpérience requise :\n\n1. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que RTE ou Scrum Master à l'échelle du programme (SAFe 5.0+)\n\n2. Certification SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) ou équivalent (SAFE 5/6)\n\n3. Expérience démontrée dans la transformation agile en environnement complexe (multisite, multi-équipes)\n\n4. Maîtrise des frameworks SAFe (PI Planning, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt)\n\nCompétences clés :\n\n1. Excellentes capacités de facilitation et de communication\n\n2. Capacité à coacher et à influencer sans autorité hiérarchique\n\n3. Gestion des conflits et des dépendances inter-équipes\n\n4. Orientation résultats et amélioration continue\n\n5. Flexibilité et adaptabilité en environnement en évolution\n\nAtouts supplémentaires :\n\n1. Expérience dans le secteur assurance vie luxembourgeois\n\n2. Connaissance des méthodologies ITSM/ITIL\n\n3. Expérience avec des outils de gestion agile (Jira, Confluence)\n\n4. Bilinguisme français/anglais pro\n\nLivrables Attendus\n\n1. Plan d'accompagnement détaillé (J+15)\n\n2. Facilitation de la PI Planning initiale (J+30)\n\n3. Rapports mensuels de progression et recommandations\n\n4.
