Some of the key responsibilities include:
Lead a cluster of stations across South Queensland, aligning with Europcar values and goals
Foster a customer-first culture at all touchpoints
Ensure operational excellence and policy adherence, reflected in audit results
Develop management teams to exceed KPI targets
End-to-end people management experience
Collaborate with Fleet to ensure optimal vehicle mix and fleet utilisation
Promote Europcar service and quality standards to meet expectations
Continuously review outsourced operations
To be considered for this position you should possess:
Minimum 3 years senior management experience in multi-site operations or large teams
Extensive knowledge of car rental or similar retail industries preferred
Strong leadership and people management for on-site and remote teams
Customer-first approach with an operations background
Business acumen to drive statewide revenue growth and profitability
Analytical skills with experience in financials, wages, and headcount control
Ability to motivate teams towards shared goals and KPIs
Resilient, hands-on, and adaptable under pressure
Experience with cost control and budget management
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility in travelling intrastate and interstate on a regular basis
