You will mentor a team of five to six accounting professionals, partner across tax, treasury, and operations, and turn a fast-paced, evolving environment into your natural pace. If you bring that same limitless mindset- hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to own the close calendar from start to finish- this is where that mindset gets put to real use.\nYour Primary Focus Is To:\nPrepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements for multiple business entities.\n\nEnsure accounting activities are compliant with GAAP and company reporting requirements.\n\nManage, mentor, and develop an accounting team comprised of 5 to 6 team members.\n\nPerform month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.\n\nIdentify reporting discrepancies and recommend adjustments to improve accuracy and completeness.\n\nMonitor key financial and operational metrics and provide reporting to leadership.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance accounting workflows and internal controls.\n\nSupport external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.\n\nPartner with the tax team to support local sales and regulatory tax compliance.\n\nAssist with treasury and cash management activities, including banking relationships and daily cash operations.\n\nProvide support on special projects and other accounting initiatives as assigned.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nKey Competencies and Professional Qualities:\nHands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n\nStrong technical accounting background with a solid grasp of GAAP and multi-entity reporting.\n\nEffective people leader who can manage, mentor, and develop a team.\n\nHigh level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.\n\nStrong cross-functional collaborator across accounting, tax, treasury, and operations.\n\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.\n\n5+ years of progressive accounting experience.\n\nCertified Public Accountant a plus.\n\nBackground in service, hospitality, or rental car industries is a plus.\n\nWe’re Looking For:\nStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.\n\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.\n\nWe Offer:\nMedical, Vision, Dental, 401k, Employee Discounts, Referral bonus\n\nCompany-paid Life Insurance\n\nCompany-paid AD&D Insurance\n\nFlexible spending account\n\nParental leave\n\nEmployee assistance program\n\nWe are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
