FLEET FINANCE TEAM LEADER
Job Description
Europcar is seeking an enthusiastic Fleet Finance Team Leader to join our Head Office team in Tullamarine, Victoria on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Fleet Finance Manager, this role will oversee the efficient and accurate processing of fleet sales, payouts, and collections.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Process the end-to-end processing of vehicle sales, disposals, write-offs, and finance payouts.
Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and journals for all fleet-related transactions.
Liaise with finance companies to manage liabilities, payments, and contract terminations.
Monitor and minimise debtor balances, finance charges, and penalties.
Prepare monthly and year-end reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting and lease standards.
Support audits and undertake special projects as directed by the Fleet Finance Manager.
To be considered for this position you should possess:
Degree qualified or working towards in Finance, Accounting or Business
Previous administration or finance related experience is advantageous
Experience working with different systems is highly desirable
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet timelines
Basic accounting, credit and collection principles
High attention to detail
