This is your chance to contribute to the success of a growing organization by supporting our finance department and advance your career in a collaborative and innovative environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview monthly bookkeeping activities and support month-end and year-end closing processes. \nPrepare and review financial statements and management reports. \nEnsure the accuracy of financial data, including general ledger, trial balance, and balance sheet reconciliations. \nReview accounting transactions, journal entries, and intercompany balances. \nLiaise with external auditors and support statutory audit processes. \nMonitor and support ERP system operations and accounting controls. \nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. \n5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a multinational environment. \nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and closing procedures. \nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems. \nExperience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is highly desirable. \nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken. \nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.\nBenefits\nWe believe in rewarding talent and dedication.
