If you're ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!\nWhat You'll Do:\n Preparing new employee files and onboarding;\n Designing training plans for consultants and managing training providers;\n Organizing progress meetings with clients;\n Participating in the design of employee development plans;\n Participating in the employee evaluation process;\n Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation;\n Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;\n Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the organization of the interview process;\n Collecting employment and tax information;\n Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;\n Properly handling complaints and grievance procedures;\n Handling visa and work permit issuance.\n Requirements\nBachelor's degree / Diploma in Administration and /or Human Resources and /or other relevant social science disciplines;\n 1-3 years of experience in an organized HR department, preferably in an international / multicultural environment will be an asset; \nAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment;\nAbility to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently;\nOrganization skills, accuracy and thoroughness, ability to monitor work for quality;\nAdvanced written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;\nApproachability, energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others;\nPositive, results oriented, “can do” attitude;\nProficiency in office automation tools and Internet use;\nOpen to learning and continuous improvement;\nFluency in English; \nFluency in French is a strong plus.\nBenefits\nWe believe in rewarding talent and dedication.
