Join our Operational Control Centre in Brussels as a Route Supervisor North.\nIn this safety-related operational role, you will provide real-time expertise to the OCC team and help ensure safe and high-quality rail operations. You will coordinate operational activities with infrastructure managers and partners in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.\nYour responsibilities\nAct as the operational interface with DB Netz and Infrabel for Eurostar traffic in Germany and in the Brussels and Forest areas\nRequest and adjust train paths and communicate changes to the transport plan\nObtain information about network availability and anticipate disrupted situations\nAssess the operational impact of decisions taken by infrastructure managers\nCoordinate with NS International regarding train operations in the Netherlands\nApply disruption and incident management procedures to support the safety and continuity of rail operations\nRecord delays and operational events and ensure a complete handover between shifts\nCommunicate relevant information to the Duty Shift Leader and other OCC colleagues\nRequirements\nVous disposez d’un diplôme de niveau EQF 5\nVous avez au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans une fonction d’exploitation, par exemple dans le secteur ferroviaire, aéroportuaire ou des transports\nLa connaissance de l’exploitation ferroviaire sur les réseaux belge, allemand ou néerlandais constitue un atout\nVous êtes capable d’analyser rapidement une situation opérationnelle, d’établir des priorités et de communiquer des informations précises\nVous travaillez avec rigueur et gardez votre calme dans les situations perturbées \nExigences linguistiques\nLa maîtrise de l’allemand est indispensable pour cette fonction.
