team's adoption of Databricks for SAP reporting and data products.\nMigrate SAP reporting workloads and build transformation, semantic, and reporting layers.\nEstablish standards for architecture, modeling, governance, security, monitoring, and reusable development frameworks.\nWork directly with business and technical stakeholders through implementation.\nSAP Functional Scope\nStrong understanding of SAP processes and reporting requirements across:\nSD: Sales orders, deliveries, billing, customer, and revenue analytics.\nMM: Procurement, inventory, purchase orders, and vendor analytics.\nFI/CO: General ledger, P&L, balance sheet, AP/AR, and cost center reporting.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n7+ years in data engineering and analytics, including 3+ years of hands-on Databricks implementation.\nStrong expertise in Databricks, Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake, SQL, and data modeling.\nExperience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, BW, or SAP Analytics environments.\nProven delivery of SAP-based reporting data products and ability to coach teams while achieving project outcomes.\nExpected Outcomes\nDatabricks platform, architecture, and development standards established.\nSAP data products for SD, MM, and FI/CO implemented and ready for support.\nInternal team enabled to independently develop, operate, and extend future data products.\nReusable
