In this position, you’ll work closely with the Program Manager, the Systems Engineering team, the Space and Ground Segments engineering teams, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's or master’s degree, Industrial Management, Quality Management, Information Systems, or a related technical field\nInitial hands-on experience in configuration management, document control, or technical data administration.\nExperience in an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or technology environment is preferred with a solid working knowledge of technical English.\nExperience with a PLM solution is considered a significant advantage.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nThe role is organized around two main phases:\nContributing to the evaluation and selection of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution.\nImplementing and operating configuration management and document control processes within the selected PLM environment.\nPhase 1: Contribution to the PLM Selection Project\nParticipate in the definition and formalization of projects requirements related to document management and configuration management.\nContribute to the analysis of current processes and the identification of improvement opportunities.\nParticipate in the evaluation of PLM solutions available on the market.\nContribute to the development of functional requirements and use cases.\nParticipate in vendor demonstrations and solution assessments.\nSupport teams in preparing and executing testing and validation activities.\nContribute to the definition of future document control and configuration management processes.\nPhase 2: Execution of the Configuration Management Process\nAdminister and maintain configuration data within the PLM system.\nEnsure compliance with configuration management rules throughout the product lifecycle.\nManage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and other change management activities.\nOrganize, coordinate, and monitor configuration reviews.\nEnsure the quality, integrity, and traceability of technical data.\nGenerate activity-related metrics, KPIs, and reports.\nSupport PLM users.\nParticipate in the continuous improvement of processes and tools.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nA strong knowledge of configuration and documentation management principles and governance. Knowledge of ISO 9001, or equivalent standards. Hands-on experience with configuration and documentation tools (PLM, Git-based workflows, Jama, Jira, etc.). Solid understanding of end-to-end system architectures and interfaces.\nWhere You’ll Work:\nThe main office is in Issy-les-Moulineaux, or Toulouse, or Turin, Italy. Travel to contractors and their suppliers or agencies could be required. Employees may generally work remotely up to two days per week, in line with HR policies.
