Your leadership and experience will be key to support the project manager in the execution of the program. You will be reporting to the IRIS2/OneWeb Next Program DIrector\nWho You Are:\nYou are a structured and organized project experience person committed on deliveries and capable of leading a group of people toward a common objective.. You thrive in collaborative environments, are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and can effectively communicate in both English and cross-functional teams. You enjoy providing structure and clarity in high-impact programs and are confident using Project Management digital tool and processes.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nYou will be in charge of all the missions and tasks delegated to the Project Management Office and in particular management of\nPlanning, milestones and interdependencies\nRisk and Opportunities\nKey Project Indicators (KPIs)\nInternal and external review preparations\nReporting\nYou will be also in charge of maintaining a database of the key information of the program (Cost, programmatic, progress) and associated communication pack\nYou will also facilitation of the finance processes\nYou will be in charge of ensuring the proper application of key corporate processes like Export Control, data governance and configuration\nThe PMO is at the heart of the program execution and is composed of a small team of 4 to 6 people that you will coordinate\nIn some occasions you may be asked to deputize the program director\nYou will work in the environment of the IRIS2 consortium with other partners and will make sure that the Eutelsat contribution in the overall project management is benchmarked\nWhat You’ll Need:\nStrong and proven experience in large project management, in particular in complex industrial and organizational environment\nÀ background in space program\nStrong awareness on key processes and tasks as described above\nLeadership to drive and coordinate a team of various skills, companies\nExperience in Project Management digital tools\nStrong organisational and multitasking skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nFluency in English (written and spoken)\nAvailability in Issy les Moulineaux with regular travels to Toulouse.\nEutelsat treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
