In this position, you’ll work closely with local and global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external technology providers, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, leading infrastructure initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across technology services.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and core network services.\nAdminister and maintain LAN/WAN networks, wireless infrastructure, internet connectivity, switches, routers, and telecommunications services.\nManage Active Directory environments, user access, group policies, and identity management services.\nSupport and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.\nOversee corporate communication solutions, including videoconferencing platforms, telephony services, and collaboration tools.\nProvide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate incident resolution with vendors and internal teams.\nMonitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and security while implementing preventive and corrective actions.\nParticipate in infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity initiatives, and business continuity projects.\nCoordinate service providers and telecommunications vendors to ensure service quality and operational excellence.\nCollaborate with global IT teams to align local operations with corporate standards and strategic objectives.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor’s degree in computer systems engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n4-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, server administration, and technical support within enterprise environments.\nStrong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, switching, routing, wireless technologies, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.\nExperience managing Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and Active Directory.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.\nKnowledge of identity and access management, cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure security controls.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working with technology vendors and service providers.\nITIL, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity certifications are considered a plus.\nAdvanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.\nValid passport and current U.S. visa (or eligibility to obtain and maintain required travel documentation) with availability for occasional international travel to support business operations, global projects, and regional IT initiatives.\nWhere You’ll Work:\nBased in our Mexico office, you will work in a collaborative and international environment, partnering with both local and global teams. This role combines operational support, project participation, and infrastructure leadership responsibilities, providing exposure to a broad range of technologies and strategic initiatives across the organization. Depending on business needs, occasional travel and flexible working arrangements may be required.
