This role is critical in shaping our Salesforce strategy, ensuring scalable and secure integrations, and guiding development teams in delivering best-in-class solutions.\nYou’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to define the Salesforce architecture blueprint that aligns with business objectives and IT strategy.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDefine and own the Salesforce architecture across the enterprise, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.\nCreate architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and high-level design specs.\nGuide and mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and analysts on best practices and technical standards.\nEvaluate and recommend Salesforce-native and AppExchange solutions as needed.\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and data governance standards.\nLead technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution design sessions.\nSupport the implementation of CI/CD practices and DevOps pipelines in the Salesforce ecosystem.\nEngage in stakeholder meetings to gather and refine business requirements.\nStay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and assess their applicability to the business\nWhat You’ll Need:\n8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.\nProven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, integration patterns, and data modelling.\nExperience in B2B segment in Telecom Industry.\nExperience in CRM, CLM, CPQ & Order Management.\nHands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration.\nExperience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to mentor and technically lead development teams.\nSalesforce certifications such as:\nSalesforce Application Architect\nSalesforce System Architect\nSalesforce Certified Technical Architect\n Salesforce Certified Data Architect\nExperience in merging different Salesforce Orgs into one.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, legacy apps, data lakes).\nBackground in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nNice to have: Experience in SalesForce Communications Cloud.\nWhere You’ll Work: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France/ Turin, Italy/ London, UK.\nThe Eutelsat Group treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
