Apply today and help us build a more inclusive, sustainable future in the world of satellite technology\nJob Overview\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled LEO constellation system & satellites Product Assurance Manager to join our team and play a critical role in the implementation of the Product/Quality assurance programme for the development of constellation system and associated satellites procurement project.\nWe are looking for an experienced and driven Product Assurance Manager to lead end-to-end Product and Quality Assurance activities across space systems, ranging from equipment and payloads (including Hosted Payloads), to full satellites and constellation-level solutions covering both space and ground segments.\nIn this role, you will ensure compliance, reliability and quality of products and services across their entire lifecycle - from early design through procurement, manufacturing, verification & validation, integration, launch and operations.\nYou’ll work closely with the program manager, the system engineering team and the space segment engineering group, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.\nWho You Are:\nYou have strong leadership and technical skills demonstrated by 10 to 15 years in satellite telecommunication system development, implementing space recognized quality standards \nYou have evolved in international space projects and in industrial customer / contractor relationships. \nYou have high level of hardware and software product/quality assurance technical expertise and support to all activities associated with spacecraft procurement programs. \nWhat You’ll Do:\nResponsible for interfacing with customers regarding Quality & Product Assurance activities, ensuring requirements are understood and effectively managed \nMonitor and control all the technical and management aspects of the Quality Assurance disciplines, during spacecraft / Hosted payload design, manufacturing and test phases: selection and procurement of electrical & electronic parts, selection and qualification of materials and processes, reliability, safety, hardware and software quality assurance, configuration control \nOversee and control the work carried out by manufacturer to ensure the adequate implementation of Eutelsat product/quality assurance requirements throughout the program, \nManage and coordinate - if required - additional PA/QA support staff (quality engineers, quality resident) and ad-hoc consultants assigned to the project, \nRegularly develop professional relationship with all internal and external contacts, in particular with the responsible experts involved in the various quality assurance disciplines within the supplier’s organizations and/or agencies, \nProvide Eutelsat Program office (Program Manager, System Manager and spacecraft engineers) with a high level of spacecraft technical product assurance expertise for all activities associated with the design, development, manufacturing and tests of spacecrafts, \nMonitor the PA activities during the spacecraft/ hosted payload assembly, integration and test activities at the contractor facilities, \nParticipate in project design and test reviews at multiple levels (system, satellite and unit), \nInteract with the end-to-end system development team to ensure requirements traceability and associated verification plan, \nCarry out the hardware & software acceptance reviews in coordination with the program office, \nManage the non-conformance control system and coordinate, with the support of the Program office, the inputs to the identification of non-conformances, their analysis, definition of corrective actions, and their implementation and close-out. To assess technical residual risks associated to the non-conformances and waivers, and decide on their acceptability. \nWhat You’ll Need:\nStrong knowledge of quality and product assurance requirements commonly applied in the telecommunication space industry, \nGood knowledge of requirements management \nExcellent knowledge in English and French \nAbility to work in a team \nWhere You’ll Work:\nThe main office is in Issy-les-Moulineaux. \nTravel to contractors and their suppliers or agencies are periodically required. \nHome working is generally accepted on the basis of 2 days per week.
