This role is a contractor position, with the opportunity to work part time or full time. As a contractor, you will work from your own laptop.\nLocation: Brooklyn, NY (in office 2 days a week)\nHourly Rate: $28-$35 an hour\nResponsibilities:\nCommunity Management (Primary Responsibility)\nMonitor and respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions across our social platforms including but not limited to two Instagram accounts, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, and emerging channels\nRepost UGC to Instagram Stories and help source and surface community content.\nMaintain safe, friendly, on-brand community spaces by hiding spam and escalating issues when needed.\nFlag noteworthy conversations, trends, and opportunities for brand engagement.\nContent & Social Support\nUpload approved content across platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.\nAssist the team in organizing assets, maintaining content calendars, and tracking posting schedules.\nPitch social and community-driven content ideas informed by daily community interactions.\nContribute to team trend recaps with learnings, trends, themes, and performance notes.\nAdministrative & Operational Support\nAssist with influencer/community seeding processes: collecting addresses, tracking shipments, maintaining spreadsheets.\nHelp with scheduling, meeting notes, and project coordination for the social team.\nManage community-related documentation, FAQs, responses, and internal communication updates.\nSupport cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Retail, Education) by sharing relevant community insights.\nReady to apply?\nPlease click the link that will bring you to our careers page.
