In this role, you’ll help drive platform awareness, increase adoption, and foster ongoing engagement through targeted digital campaigns and content strategies tailored specifically to the needs of HCPs. We’re especially interested in someone who is curious about AI and uses it to work smarter.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and execute data-driven paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media, search (SEM), Meta, X (formerly Twitter), and content marketing platforms.\nUse AI tools to improve how we research, create, and optimize campaigns, and explore new ways to apply them.\nCollaborate closely with Medical and Product teams to ensure all content is compliant, clinically relevant, and aligned with healthcare industry standards.\nManage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and other HCP-focused or industry-specific platforms to maximize reach and return on investment.\nDevelop audience segmentation strategies and personalized digital journeys to boost engagement and retention among healthcare professionals.\nTrack and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel, delivering regular reports and insights to inform ongoing strategy.\nStay up to date on healthcare digital trends and platform innovations, adjusting strategies to ensure our approach remains impactful and competitive.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.\n1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or B2B digital environments.\nDemonstrated success in running digital campaigns targeting regulated or professional healthcare audiences.\nProficiency with key digital marketing tools and platforms, coupled with a strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.\nHands-on experience using AI tools in your work, with good judgment about using them responsibly.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly regulated
