This role is essential in ensuring that all contractual agreements align with the company’s objectives and comply with legal standards.\nThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing various contracts.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (including supply, distribution, licensing, partnership, technology transfer, know-how, and service agreements, etc.) to ensure alignment with company policies and applicable laws.\nProvide expert guidance on contract interpretation, compliance, and risk mitigation for local and international transactions.\nSupport cross-functional teams in contract-related matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to terms and conditions.\nEnsure contracts comply with international laws and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.\nMaintain records and a centralized database for all contracts and amendments.\nLead contract lifecycle management and implement best practices to enhance process efficiency.\nLiaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when needed to resolve complex contractual issues.\nProvide Legal opinions and views on business matters needed by stakeholders.\nCoordinate between departments in relation to agreements input to ensure efficiency of concluding agreements in line with business needs.\nEnsure compliance with policies and guidelines in relation to agreements and update same according to business needs.\nRequirements\nLLB (Master’s is a plus).\n3-5 years’ professional experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing diverse types of contracts.\nStrong knowledge of laws and regulations, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.\nExceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for risk assessment.\nFluency in English (spoken and written);
