Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Site Director to lead the site’s strategy and manufacturing operations to achieve business, operational, financial, and quality objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Build strong site capabilities and leadership to support sustainable growth and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the site strategy in alignment with EVA Pharma’s business objectives, growth plans, and strategic priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, cost, service, and delivery targets are achieved.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, productivity, and capacity optimization across the site.
• Ensure full compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO, and applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining strong quality and inspection readiness.
• Lead site expansion, CAPEX/OPEX planning, technology transfer, and strategic manufacturing projects to support business growth.
• Build and develop a high-performing site leadership team, strengthening talent, succession planning, accountability, and organizational capabilities.
• Own overall site performance and competitiveness, leveraging KPIs, cost optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading a pharmaceutical manufacturing site or large-scale operations.
• Strong expertise in GMP, regulatory compliance, quality systems, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results across operations, productivity, cost, and business performance.
• Fluent English communication skills.
