approved specifications, quantities, budgets, and company policies.\n\nCreate and manage Purchase Orders and related purchasing transactions using Odoo ERP.\n\nMaintain accurate purchasing and supplier records in Odoo.\n\nFollow up with suppliers regarding order confirmation, delivery schedules, shortages, and quality issues.\n\nEvaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, delivery, reliability, and service.\n\nAnalyze purchasing data, supplier quotations, prices, and spending to identify cost-saving opportunities.\n\nPrepare regular purchasing reports and provide management with purchasing analysis and recommendations.\n\nEnsure proper documentation and filing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier-related documents.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of the purchasing process and maintain effective internal purchasing controls.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.\n\nProven experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably within an agricultural\n\nGood knowledge of purchasing fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural chemicals, and other agricultural inputs is highly preferred.\n\nPractical experience using Odoo ERP, particularly the Purchase module, is required.\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.\n\nStrong negotiation and supplier management skills.\n\nStrong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to compare quotations, prices, supplier performance, and purchasing costs.\n\nExcellent time management and organizational skills.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple purchasing requirements simultaneously.\n\nStrong attention to detail and
