fit for this position if:**\n* **You have 3 to 5 years of experience** in FP&A, management control (contrôle de gestion) or Transaction Services, ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce or start-up / scale-up (audit experience is a plus).\n* You master management P&L analysis, and you love data to dig deeper into your analyses and automate your processes.\n* You have already built budgets and forecasts, and tracked marketing costs with an ROI approach.\n* You are autonomous on large, complex files (Google Sheets first, Excel, Google Slides) and have used an ERP or reporting tool.\n* You are rigorous: your figures are accurate, consistent and checked before you share them.\n* You work autonomously with a wide range of stakeholders, explain figures clearly to non-finance colleagues and
