This role will support project oversight and facilitation of Microsoft 365 projects and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in Agile leadership, project delivery, and operational oversight to ensure successful administration, enhancement, and support of M365 services.\nLocation details: This role is on-site 5 days/week at Federal Reserve Board Headquarters.\nFacilitate Agile meetings and support Kanban-based workflows.\nRemove blockers and drive continuous improvement efforts.\nCoach team members on Agile best practices.\nPlan and deliver Microsoft 365 projects on time and within scope.\nManage project schedules, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.\nCoordinate activities across IT teams, business units, and vendors.\nOversee day-to-day M365 operations and service delivery.\nPrioritize and manage incoming requests, incidents, and operational tasks.\nMonitor SLAs, operational metrics, and service performance.\nCoordinate change management and maintenance activities.\nSupport resource planning and workload management.\nRequirements\n5-7 years of experience in IT project management, Agile delivery, or Scrum Master roles. \nExperience managing both operational support and project-based work in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot. \nUnderstanding of email security and mail flow management solutions such as Proofpoint. \nExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Kanban workflows. \nStrong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. \nExperience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and GitLab. \nPMP, CAPM, ITIL Foundation, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or hybrid cloud experience preferred.\nThe Evans Experience\nEvans, Inc. is a growing firm doing consequential work.
