Matrix as per company guidance.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine)\n2-3 years of experience in people management in specialty lines.\nOncology experience is a plus.\nStrong communication, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills. and interpersonal skills.\nA self-motivated professional with passion for healthcare and drive to improve
