production. \n\n Oversee Engineering Projects & New InstallationsManage new equipment installation, perform FAT/SAT testing, and deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. \n\n Plan Shutdowns & Spare Parts ManagementDevelop shutdown plans, supervise major maintenance activities, and maintain critical spare parts inventory to prevent production interruptions. \n\n Ensure Compliance & Operational ExcellenceImplement ISO requirements, follow maintenance SOPs, and ensure all engineering activities support organizational goals and production quality. \n\n Develop the Engineering TeamTrain and coach maintenance staff, build succession plans, and enhance team capabilities to improve overall engineering performance. \n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). \nPMP or MBA is a plus.\n13+ years of experience with at least 4 years in a similar position.\n3+ years in a managerial leadership
