The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice to ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.\nThe role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal risks, and supporting corporate governance activities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide legal advice and guidance on commercial, regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters.\nDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.\nSupport the company’s compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.\nAssist in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business decisions.\nKeep abreast of legal developments relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and advise management accordingly.\nSupport corporate governance and regulatory filings as required.\nRequirements\nLaw degree (LLB or equivalent) Master’s degree or certificate in Corporate or Commercial Law is a plus.\n10 years of legal experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role\nStrong knowledge of commercial contracts, Excel and Data Analysis are required\nDeep Understanding of Egyptian Laws\nAbility to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear advice.\nFluency in English (written and spoken) is required;
