You'll work closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs, test workflows, validate task graders, and ensure environments meet the required quality bar.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nEnvironment QA: \nTest web applications, UI flows, workflows, and edge cases.\nCreate and execute test cases based on product requirements.\nPerform functional, regression, exploratory, and negative testing.\nIdentify and document bugs with clear reproduction steps and expected vs. actual behaviour.\nRe-test fixes and run regression checks before release.\nIdentify gaps in requirements and test coverage.\nSign off on environments that meet the quality bar.\n\nTask and Grader Testing: \nTest task prompts for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.\nVerify that tasks can be completed as intended.\nTest graders for correct pass/fail evaluation.\nIdentify grader bugs, edge cases, false positives, and false negatives.\nValidate that the final environment state matches the expected task outcome.\n\nQA Process: \nMaintain test cases, test plans, and regression checklists.\nParticipate in requirement and feature discussions from a QA perspective.\nPrioritise bugs based on severity and impact.\nWork closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues.\nManage multiple QA cycles and releases in parallel.\n\nRequirements: \n1-3 years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing.\nExperience testing web applications or SaaS products.
