We move fast, maintain high engineering standards, and thrive in an environment that demands ownership, technical depth, and operational excellence.\n\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to own and manage the organisation's IT infrastructure, end-user support, identity and access management, network operations, cloud security, and compliance requirements.\nYou will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations across the organisation, managing the complete employee IT lifecycle, maintaining secure and reliable infrastructure, and implementing scalable IT systems and processes.\nThe ideal candidate is technically strong, highly proactive, comfortable troubleshooting complex issues, and capable of independently managing IT operations in a fast-paced technology environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. IT Operations & End-User Support\nOwn end-to-end IT support for employees, acting as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests.\nManage L1, L2, and L3 troubleshooting across hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and connectivity.\nHandle employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account creation, access provisioning, and access revocation.\nTroubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, VPN, Wi-Fi, email, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and other enterprise applications.\nManage IT helpdesk operations through ticketing platforms such as Jira Service Management or Freshservice.\nEstablish and maintain IT support SLAs, ticket prioritisation processes, troubleshooting documentation, and knowledge bases.\nIdentify recurring technical issues and implement permanent fixes and automation to reduce support overhead.\n2. Identity & Access Management (IAM)\nManage identity providers and directory services such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Google Workspace.\nConfigure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and authentication policies.\nImplement role-based access control (RBAC), least-privilege access, and secure access management practices.\nManage the complete Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle for employee access.\nConduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure appropriate access permissions.\nManage privileged accounts, service accounts, shared credentials, and password vaults.\n3. IT Asset & Device Management\nOwn the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory management, allocation, maintenance, recovery, and disposal.\nMaintain accurate hardware, software, and enterprise licence inventories.\nManage endpoint devices across macOS and Windows environments.\nImplement and administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Jamf, Microsoft Intune, or Kandji.\nEnsure endpoint security through device encryption, OS patching, security policies, antivirus, and remote device management.\nManage device provisioning, configuration, tracking, and remote wiping.\nMonitor software licences, renewals, utilisation, and costs.\n4. Network & Infrastructure Management\nSet up, configure, and maintain office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.\nManage LAN, WAN, VLAN segmentation, guest Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity.\nConfigure and maintain VPN and Zero Trust Network Access solutions such as Cloudflare, Tailscale, or Zscaler.\nMonitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network availability.\nManage ISP relationships, network redundancy, and infrastructure upgrades.\nMaintain network architecture documentation and implement appropriate network security controls.\n5. Cloud Infrastructure & Security\nSupport the setup and administration of cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nConfigure cloud identity and access management, SSO, multi-account structures, and security guardrails.\nImplement secure cloud networking through VPCs, subnets, security groups, and firewall policies.\nEnsure encryption of data at rest and in transit, secure secrets management, and appropriate access controls.\nConfigure centralised logging, monitoring, and security alerting using tools such as AWS CloudTrail, GuardDuty, and SIEM platforms.\nConduct vulnerability assessments, security reviews, and infrastructure audits.\nSupport cloud security posture management (CSPM), disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.\nCollaborate with engineering teams on Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) security reviews and Terraform-based infrastructure management.\n6. Information Security & Compliance\nDrive IT security controls and operational readiness for compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.\nWork with compliance platforms such as Vanta, Drata, or Secureframe to implement controls and collect audit evidence.\nMaintain IT security policies, access control documentation, asset registers, risk assessments, and audit trails.\nCoordinate internal and external security audits and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.\nImplement data protection, endpoint security, backup, and incident response procedures.\nSupport GDPR requirements, including data access controls, vendor security reviews, and data protection processes.\nSupport HIPAA-related security safeguards and compliance requirements wherever applicable to the organisation's operations.\n7. IT Process Automation & Continuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive IT operations, including onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and device management.\nBuild scripts and workflows to improve operational efficiency.\nEvaluate and introduce IT tools, platforms, and solutions to improve employee experience and infrastructure reliability.\nEstablish scalable IT processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures.\nStay updated on emerging IT infrastructure, enterprise security, and cloud technologies.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n3–6 years of experience in IT Administration, IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or a similar role.\nStrong hands-on experience managing enterprise IT operations and end-user support.\nExperience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.\nGood understanding of macOS and Windows administration and endpoint management.\nExperience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.\nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, VLANs, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.\nWorking knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly around IAM and security configurations.\nFamiliarity with information security frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.\nExperience with IT ticketing systems and helpdesk management.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues independently and drive them through resolution.\nStrong ownership, problem-solving skills, documentation practices, and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience working in a startup, SaaS, or fast-growing technology organisation.\nExperience managing IT infrastructure across multiple office locations.\nFamiliarity with Zero Trust architecture and endpoint security solutions.\nExposure to Terraform, scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell), and IT automation.\nRelevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+,
