Job Summary:

Engaging talent acquisition specialists to contribute their expertise to a customer's project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Scope of Work

• Leverage advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to assess alignment with project-specific requirements.
• Facilitate structured interview processes and deliver actionable insights to improve selection outcomes.
• Research and analyze job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation.
• Utilize persuasive communication and consultative selling skills to engage with prospective contributors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends.
• Document and communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment.
• Expertise in resume screening, interviewing, and understanding dynamic job markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Strong consultative and sales-oriented mindset for engaging with professionals in the field.
• Experience working remotely and managing deliverables independently.
• Ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide strategic insights.
• Prior exposure to AI-driven projects or data-driven environments is a plus.
