The Retail Systems Analyst is the primary point of contact on the IT Support Line and IT ticketing software.\n\nKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nLeadership and Team Member\nPartner with other members of the IT/IS staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient computer operations to the SSC and to the stores.\nMaintain professional currency on technology in use within the corporation as well as be aware of industry trends which may benefit or impact the organization.\nSupervise Help Desk Agents and support the Help Desk Supervisor with access\nProvide a path of ticket escalation\nReasonable for ticket escalation on network outages and network related issues\nSupport and develop in store technology and point of sale\nBusiness and Financial\nHelp establish and ensure computers systems remain in service to process corporate and partner revenue streams.\nProvide input into the annual budget and help ensure equipment acquisitions and service expenditures conform to the budget.\nManagement and Operating\nResponsible for answering IT Support Line calls, responding to IT tickets and e-mail, and acts as an escalation point for outsourced support vendors.\nProvide primary support for any computers, software, and related equipment located at the SSC, and secondary support for any computers, software, and related equipment located at the stores.\nProvides backup support and administration of any POS and related software located at a store location, as well as backend POS systems located at the SSC.\nPrepares equipment for shipment to stores by imaging computers, configuring peripherals, and fully testing to make sure all is functional before shipment.\nProvides backup support and administration of any phone equipment located at the SSC.\nWork side by side with the network and security team (TS)\nCreate AD accounts company wide and maintain a standard\nHelp support the network at SSC and stores\nOther duties as assigned\nGuest and Partner\nAct as partner with other members of the IT/IS department, vendors, and partners to provide solutions for both the Store Support Center as well as the store locations.\nAdministrative\nSupport and assist with special projects and company initiatives as needed.\n\nTechnical Requirements – The technical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job and may change over the course of time.\nDesktop Operating Systems: Microsoft XP, Vista, Windows 7\nServer operating systems: Windows Server 2003/2008.\nMicrosoft Office 2003 – 2010\nMicros/Oracle Xstore V6-V20\nComputer Hardware: Desktops, laptops, printers, POS peripherals.\nNetwork Equipment: Layer 3 switching/VLANs, router configuration, VPN, Firewalls, Ring Central\n\nPhysical Demands – The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
