What you can expect

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by taking on a variety of responsibilities, including welcoming guests, coordinating meeting room bookings and organizing refreshments and catering
• Handle incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate contacts
• Contribute to various projects within Office Management and gain insights into different areas
• Take care of incoming mail and parcels and distribute them to the relevant colleagues

What you bring

• Currently enrolled at a university, you ideally already have some initial work experience in operational Office Management or reception
• Confident in using modern office applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel
• Reliable, flexible and well organized, with a structured and independent way of working
• Open-minded, communicative and a strong team player, you enjoy interacting with people
• Fluent German skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills complete your profile
