Learn more about us at evercars.com.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn reconditioning decisions for Ever’s EV inventory\nTriage inspection reports and determine repair scope, priority, and budget\nCoordinate work across internal technicians, third-party shops, dealers, and mobile vendors\nSource and manage external service partners to optimize cost, speed, and quality\nApprove estimates, negotiate pricing, and control reconditioning spend\nTrack vehicle status through inspection, repair, QA, and ready-to-sell stages\nEnsure vehicles meet Ever’s quality, safety, and merchandising standards\nResolve technical issues and unblock stalled vehicles\nMaintain accurate reconditioning records and documentation\nIdentify process improvements to reduce cycle time and cost\nProvide feedback to Product & Ops teams to improve tooling and workflows\nQualifications & Fit\n2-6+ years of experience in service advising, recon ops, or fleet maintenance\nMust possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean, acceptable driving record\nStrong understanding of automotive repair processes and cost drivers\nComfortable making fast, data-driven repair decisions\nExperience managing vendors, shops, or dealer service departments\nHigh ownership and strong operational mindset\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-through\nComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments\nPassion for EVs and next-generation mobility\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with service DMS or recon management tools\nAbility to read inspection reports, estimates, and labor ops\nFamiliarity with EV systems and common failure modes\nStrong Excel / Sheets skills\nComfort using Slack, CRM, and ops dashboards\nExperience negotiating labor rates and parts pricing\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods while assisting customers, conducting vehicle walk-arounds, and coordinating service activities in the showroom and service area\nAbility to enter, exit, and operate vehicles safely, including occasional driving or moving vehicles in connection with service appointments, inspections, or customer support\nAbility to occasionally bend, reach, stoop, and work around vehicles\nAbility to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, including customer items, parts, documents, and light office or service supplies\nBenefits\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPTO\n401(k) plan\nWhy Ever and this role?\nRun reconditioning for the fastest-growing EV retailer in the U.S.\nMake high-impact decisions that directly affect margins and velocity\nWork with cutting-edge EV technology\nBuild elite operations and vendor management skills\nDirect ownership over inventory readiness\nClear path to Operations Manager and other Ops Leadership roles\nDisclaimers\nEver is an equal opportunity employer.
