Learn more about us at evercars.com.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Finance Manager, you will own the finance and insurance experience for customers purchasing vehicles through Ever, supporting both in-person and digital transactions. You will structure financing, present protection products, work across a broad lender network, and guide each deal through contracting and funding. This role is ideal for an experienced automotive F&I professional who combines strong deal execution with a transparent, consultative customer approach.\nWhat You'll Do\nPresent financing options, vehicle service contracts, warranties, and protection products to customers both remotely (phone/video) and in person.\nConduct virtual and on-site F&I consultations with customers nationwide, providing a transparent and consultative experience.\nStructure, negotiate, and finalize financing deals through digital and in-store workflows.\nSubmit credit applications, evaluate lender programs and approvals, and structure deals to achieve competitive terms for customers.\nLeverage a broad lender network while managing lender relationships and owning deals through funding.\nReview deal jackets and documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to contracting and funding.\nPrepare, review, and finalize digital and physical finance documents and ensure timely execution.\nMaintain strict compliance with federal and state regulations, lender requirements, and company policies.\nEducate customers on EV incentives, available programs, and ownership economics.\nPartner closely with Sales, Delivery, Title, and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and resolve deal-related issues.\nProactively identify and resolve funding delays, stipulation requirements, contract discrepancies, and lender issues.\nDeliver a high-trust, consultative buying experience without high-pressure sales tactics.\nMaintain strong customer satisfaction and experience metrics.\nTrack and manage F&I performance metrics, including product penetration, PVR/gross profit, funding timelines, and close ratios.\nQualifications & Fit\n3+ years of automotive F&I experience, preferably in a high-volume dealership or automotive retail environment.\nDemonstrated success structuring and closing finance deals, presenting F&I products, and working with multiple lenders.\nBilingual proficiency strongly preferred: Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), with Cantonese highly preferred.\nStrong understanding of automotive lending, credit applications, lender approvals, funding requirements, and backend products.\nCustomer-first, consultative approach with an emphasis on transparency and long-term customer outcomes.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong compliance discipline and follow-through.\nComfortable managing multiple deals and priorities in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.\nCollaborative team player who works effectively across Sales, Delivery, Title, and Operations.\nInterest in EVs, digital retail, and evolving automotive technology.\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with DMS platforms such as Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, or similar.\nProficiency with RouteOne, CUDL, lender portals, and credit application platforms.\nExperience with digital contracting and e-signature platforms.\nStrong working knowledge of DMV, titling, funding, and automotive compliance workflows.\nComfortable working within CRM and digital retail platforms.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary + commission\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPTO\n401(k) plan\nWhy Ever and this role?\nHelp shape a modern, transparent F&I experience across digital and in-person automotive retail.\nWork with a broad lender network and customers purchasing EVs nationwide.\nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Title, and Operations in a fast-growing environment.\nPlay a direct role in customer experience, deal quality, funding efficiency, and business performance.\nEver is an equal opportunity employer.
