Learn more about us at evercars.com.\nWhat You'll Do\nLot & Queue Management\nMaintain organized vehicle queues across WIP and finished goods stages\nOptimize lot space utilization to support throughput and operational efficiency\nTrack unit status and location accurately to ensure proper inventory flow\nVehicle Quality & Inventory Control\nKeep inventory at sellable quality standards through regular inspections\nMaintain vehicle charge levels per established SOPs\nIdentify units needing reconditioning or escalation and communicate accordingly\nMaintain key organization systems to ensure accurate key-to-unit accountability at all times\nConduct regular lot audits to verify unit count, placement, and condition accuracy\nEnsure lot is organized and vehicles are staged in designated areas per operational standards\nReconcile physical inventory against system records and escalate discrepancies promptly\nShipping & Logistics Coordination\nManage inbound and outbound unit flow with carrier and shipping partners\nExecute vehicle ingress and egress, verify condition, document accurately, and resolve discrepancies\nDriving vehicles between lots, showrooms, third party servicers, and chargers\nEnsure handoffs meet compliance and quality standards at every touchpoint\nWhat You Bring\nExperience in vehicle logistics, fleet operations, auto reconditioning, or a related field\nFamiliarity with EV charging infrastructure and vehicle readiness standards (preferred)\nComfortable with lot operations software, inventory tools, or mobile-based tracking systems\nValid driver's license with a clean record and acceptable driving record\nAbility to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify condition issues, documentation gaps, and inventory discrepancies\nPhysical and spatial awareness to safely handle vehicles and manage lot space effectively in a fast-moving environment\nAbility to maintain accuracy and quality standards in a dynamic, high-volume environment\nClear, timely communication with the ability to surface issues early and keep relevant stakeholders informed\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to perform physical work in a vehicle-service environment, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and working in and around vehicles for extended periods.\nAbility to safely enter, exit, and operate vehicles, including driving vehicles as needed in connection with reconditioning, testing, movement, and delivery.\nAbility to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; ability to move heavier items with appropriate equipment or assistance\nBenefits\nCompetitive pay \nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPTO\n401(k) plan\nWhy Ever and This Role?\nRun reconditioning for the fastest-growing EV retailer in the U.S.\nMake high-impact decisions that directly affect margins and velocity\nWork with cutting-edge EV technology and build elite operations\nDirect ownership over inventory readiness\nClear path to Operations Manager and other Ops Leadership roles\nEver is an equal opportunity employer.
