teams.\n\nResponsibilities\nLead SAP ABAP development activities for the FAR program across SAP S/4HANA Finance, related SAP products, and impacted enterprise systems\nProvide technical leadership for custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, APIs, CDS views, OData services, Fiori extensions, user exits, BADIs, enhancement spots, and other SAP development objects\nPartner with SAP functional leads, solution architects, and business process teams to translate validated requirements and functional specifications into high-quality technical designs\nPromote clean-core design principles by challenging unnecessary customization, recommending standard SAP capabilities, and using side-by-side or extensibility patterns where appropriate\nReview and approve technical specifications, development estimates, code quality, unit test results, peer reviews, and transport readiness\nLead development delivery across program phases, including solution confirmation, design, build, integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing support, cutover, go-live, hyper care, and production stabilization\nCoordinate ABAP development work across internal teams, system integrator resources, offshore teams, and other vendors to ensure scope, quality, schedule, and accountability are maintained\nSupport integration design and development with SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP APIs, middleware, retained applications, and finance-related edge systems such as Maximo, Power Plan, Workday, Workforce, Workiva, banking performance issues\nEstablish and enforce development standards, naming conventions, documentation expectations, code review practices, transport management processes, and release governance\nPartner equivalent practical experience\nEight (8) to ten (10) years of hands-on SAP technical experience, with strong expertise in ABAP development and SAP enterprise implementations\nProven experience leading SAP ABAP development teams on large-scale SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, ERP modernization, or finance transformation programs\nStrong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA development concepts, including CDS views, AMDP, OData services, RAP concepts, Fiori extensions, APIs, enhancement frameworks, and performance optimization\nDeep experience with ABAP objects, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, Web Dynpro, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancement spots\nExperience supporting SAP Finance and Accounting processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Project Systems, Treasury, Tax, Financial Close, and Reporting\nExperience working with technical integration patterns involving middleware, SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs, batch processing, file-based interfaces, event-driven integration, and third-party systems\nStrong understanding of SAP development lifecycle management, transport management, technical documentation, coding standards, peer reviews, unit testing, regression testing, and production support\nExperience with data migration and conversion development, including data extraction, transformation, load support, validation, reconciliation, and error handling\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex SAP technical issues involving custom code, interfaces, performance bottlenecks, authorizations, workflows, and cross-system dependencies\nExperience working in Agile, SAFe, hybrid, or large program delivery models with tools such
