We value engineers who are adaptable, committed to continuous learning, and comfortable using modern AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity, code quality, and overall software delivery.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Java and Scala.\nBuild and evolve GraphQL APIs, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems that support business-critical workflows.\nDesign, develop and develop high-performance frontend services using Angular 19, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx.\nDevelop micro-services interacting within clusters using GraphQL, Restful APIs (ie. OpenAPI).\nDesign, develop and maintain integration with Keycloak IAM to support secure user authentication and authorization.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools and practices to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews while maintaining high standards of quality and security.\nDrive observability, reliability, automation, and operational excellence across services, including monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives.\nSupport production systems through on-call participation, incident management, and continuous service improvements.\nMentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-\nWhat you'll bring:\n12+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.\nStrong expertise in Java and Scala development.\nStrong expertise in Frontend development using Angular 19, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx\nExperience designing and building on-premise system using Angular, GraphQL APIs, RESTful APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and related container orchestration technologies.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, reliability, and secure software design principles.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.\nExperience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Kiro, or similar platforms.\nAbility to critically evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated code while maintaining quality, security, and maintainability standards.\nInterest in continuously learning and applying emerging AI-assisted development practices.\nExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.\nExperience with observability, monitoring, and production support practices.\nAbility to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExperience in large code-base products or enterprise grade software.\nNice-to-Have Experience\nWorking knowledge of and modern
