This individual will play an integral role in the execution and continued evolution of Talent Development programming across the firm, while also supporting the day-to-day oversight of the firm’s learning management system.\nThe Talent Development Group is a lean, high-performing team, whose operating model differs meaningfully from traditional corporate learning and development. Our approach seeks to scale the apprenticeship model through which many of our senior bankers and other professionals learned their craft. We work in close partnership with the business on the strategy, priorities, and execution of talent development initiatives.\nApproximately 90% of our content is taught by bankers and senior Evercore professionals. Our role is to partner with these outstanding faculty members to develop content, structure programs, and build on-demand resources that meet the needs of a demanding population of investment bankers and other accomplished professionals.\nThis role offers an outstanding opportunity for career growth and exposure, with an opportunity to rapidly assume increasing responsibility and make a meaningful impact within the firm. The strongest candidates will be energized by a fast-paced, high-expectation professional services environment and eager to learn from both the Talent Development team and the bankers and professionals we support.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n Talent Development ProgramsProgram Execution: Support end-to-end delivery of Talent Development programming (for both in-person and virtual audiences) across the firm, including our Advisory, Equities, and Corporate Groups.\nInternal Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with Office Services, IT/AV, and other internal partners to ensure seamless execution of in-person and virtual programming across a range of Talent Development offerings.\nProgram Strategy: Work closely with Talent Development team and key business stakeholders to continually augment and evolve talent development programming, with a focus on banking, technical, and professional skills for continued career advancement.\n\nLearning Management SystemProgramming Facilitation : Collaborate with various stakeholders across Evercore to support recurring and annual firmwide training initiatives that leverage the LMS.\nVendor and Global Technology Coordination: Support relationship with external LMS vendor and work closely with Global Technology team t to troubleshoot system integration and functionality issues, drive issues to resolution, and identify opportunities to improve the platform experience.\nLMS Strategy: Work closely with the Talent Development team and Global Technology to evolve and optimize the firm’s use of the LMS, including leveraging data and analytics to assess engagement, inform programming decisions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nOn-Demand Learning: Support ongoing efforts to expand high-quality on-demand learning and thoughtfully incorporate AI-enabled tools and approaches into Talent Development programming.\n\nSpecific Qualifications:\nAbility to thrive in a leading global investment bank, with the confidence, maturity, and judgment to build credibility with senior investment bankers in a fast-paced, demanding environment\n3+ years of relevant professional experience; backgrounds in consulting, financial/professional services, or talent development preferred\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to take ownership, anticipate needs, and drive multiple workstreams from planning through execution\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization, accuracy, and follow-through\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt across audiences and levels of seniority\nRelationship-oriented and collaborative, with an ability to build strong partnerships across HCG, the business, and broader organization\nHighly self-motivated, proactive, and intellectually curious; eager to work hard, learn quickly, and take on increasing responsibility\nLow-ego and highly coachable, with an openness to feedback and desire to continually improve\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nHigh proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word\nInterest in and exposure to AI tools, including ChatGPT, and curiosity about how emerging technologies can enhance learning and employee development\nHigh comfort level with hybrid work environment, including 4 days per week in our NYC offices\nExpected Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000\nThis position requires valid United States work authorization and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\nIn addition to a competitive base salary, employees may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
