This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, product management, and workflow transformation helping drive initiatives that enhance banker productivity and create differentiated client insights.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers, Technology, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, develop AI-enabled workflows, and support the delivery of internally developed AI solutions. This is a highly visible role offering broad exposure to strategic decision-making, innovation, and the future evolution of advisory work.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the execution of Evercore's AI strategy by identifying opportunities to improve banker productivity and enhance client insights through AI-enabled solutions\nResearch and evaluate emerging AI technologies, assist with pilot programs, and support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of AI tools across Advisory\nSupport the intake, assessment, and execution of AI use cases by gathering business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping translate needs into scalable solutions\nBuild and maintain AI-enabled assets, including agents, prompts, skills, automated workflows, and knowledge resources, to improve productivity and accelerate adoption across Advisory\nPartner with bankers, Technology, and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-enabled workflows, internally developed applications, and workflow automation solutions\nGather and analyze user feedback, adoption metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve AI tools, workflows, and the overall user experience\nCollaborate with Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions\nPrepare presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership to support decision-making\nQualifications\nWe are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is intellectually curious and eager to take ownership in a dynamic environment.\nCore Requirements:\n1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or another financial services environment is required\nPassion for building AI-enabled workflows, prompts, skills, agents, or automations using modern AI platforms, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies\nSelf-starter with a collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn new technologies\nKey Attributes:\nComfortable working with bankers at all levels of seniority\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational ability\nAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure\nCollaborative, team-oriented mindset\nLocation\nThis position is based in New York. In-office attendance is expected in line with Evercore’s standard in-office policies.\nExpected Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $185,000\nIn addition to a competitive base salary, employees may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus delivered in the form of cash and/or deferred equity.
