We are a global team focused on disciplined capital allocation and long-term value creation for all stakeholders, who care deeply about our impact on communities and the wider world.\nJob Description\nAs a Financial Systems Analyst you will join the Oracle Financial Systems Center of Excellence team responsible for the managing, administrating, enhancing, and training of the Oracle Finance Systems ecosystem. Act as a subject matter expert in Financial Systems, Business Processes, and project management. This role involves leveraging these expertise’s to provide financial systems knowledge, financial systems configuration, as well as managing prioritized projects, driving process improvements, performing root cause analysis, resolving complex issues, creating documentation, conducting testing, and providing ongoing production systems support.\nRole & Responsibilities\nAbility to provide functional and technical services to our Finance and Business stakeholders, as well as play a pivotal role in requirements definition, design, implementation, and support of our overall Oracle Cloud Financials Application. This includes:\n\nSupport various accounting, finance, and reporting system related projects as a project manager and from a business owner perspective\n\nPerform requirement identification, configuration set up, user acceptance testing, and production implementation from a process and operational standpoint\n\nAssist business in the daily management of the ERP/EPM system and researching and developing future enhancements and system capabilities.\n\nManage and oversee configuration migrations between difference instances and environments\n\nDevelop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials\n\nProvide subject matter expertise on ERP and EPM related activities\n\nImplement and recommend process changes/improvements within the financial close process.\n\nSOX compliance and responding to audits, including working with internal and external audit teams.\n\nThrough financial systems, support business needs surrounding the monthly close process, planning and forecasting, quarterly/annual financial statements and audits\n\nProvide training and support to end users and other team members\n\nParticipate in cross functional projects, acting as the financial systems lead\n\nEstablish rapport and build cooperative working relationships with relevant internal and external parties\n\nAct as a liaison between finance, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure\n\nfinancial systems meet the needs of users and comply with financial controls\n\nContribute to the leadership team for the development and improvement of accounting and finance technologies\n\nSkills\nRelevant experience in accounting, finance, or similar fields working in finance systems\n\nBasic understanding of Accounting and Finance related concepts\n\nAbility to communicate clearly with the business, IT, and foreign subsidiary teams\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\nDetail oriented and highly organized\n\nDisplay ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work by established deadlines\n\nHighly enthusiastic, analytical, methodical, and disciplined in nature\n\nAbility to adapt and adjust to unexpected circumstances\n\nAbility to multitask and proactively research remediations to questions or problems as they arise\n\nWork Experience & Qualifications\n1-3 years of Functional Financial Systems experience\n\n1- 3 years of experience working with Oracle Financials from a functional standpoint, preferred (Oracle Cloud Experience, preferred)\n\nExperience with some of the following Oracle ERP and or EPM modules: FAH, General Ledger, FCCS, EPBCS, EDM and PCM (Preferred)\n\nExperience with one or more Oracle reporting tools SmartView, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Financial Reporting (Preferred)\n\nUnderstanding of Oracle modules configurations, and integrations points\n\nExperience & creativity in troubleshooting data conversions, integrations, and/or software application problems\n\nCollege degree in one of the following: Accounting, Finance, or MIS\n\nPreferred Experience\nPL/SQL skills\n\nInsurance experience\n\nThe base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually. The rate of compensation offered will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
