You will shape where we invest, build relationships with owners and capital partners, and lead transactions from the first conversation through closing and handover. The ambition is to build the capabilities and capital base for progressively larger acquisitions.\nWhat you will own\nDefine our acquisition criteria and priority sectors, focusing on profitability, durable demand, recurring or repeat revenue and capable management.\n\nBuild and own dealflow through relationships with business owners, intermediaries, investors and operators.\n\nLead underwriting, valuation, financial modelling, diligence, negotiation and transaction execution, coordinating specialist advisers.\n\nWork with the founder on fundraising, lender relationships and acquisition financing, including equity, debt and seller participation.\n\nDevelop an operating and integration case with company leaders and the Everest Core team, then track performance against the investment thesis.\n\nYour first priorities\nTranslate the strategy into a focused acquisition profile and a realistic capital plan.\n\nBuild a qualified pipeline and assess the first serious opportunities.\n\nDevelop investment cases and financing relationships that support an executable first acquisition.\n\nThe opportunity\nA founding leadership role with substantial responsibility for Everest's direction and growth. We want to explore a long-term partnership with equity participation for the right person.
