As a key player on the total rewards team, you will help implement our global compensation strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices across our diverse workforce.\nThis is a hybrid position based in Warren, NJ working 3 days onsite, 2 remote.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport compensation benchmarking process through survey participation, salary structure maintenance and management of our compensation survey management software (Payscale) \nManage our Pay Equity software (Beqom) and analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, including pay equity and pay fairness within the organization, including monitoring of EU Pay Transparency and other related compliance\nDrive technical components of the annual compensation review process and related activities, including leading audits of compensation data throughout the year and executive and board reporting throughout the process.\nCollaborate with regional HR teams and Talent Acquisition to address local compensation needs for assigned client areas and geographies\nSupport more senior members of the total rewards team with other data, benefits and equity projects\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance or accounting is preferred\n2-5 years of compensation experience\nKnowledge of compensation practices, market trends, and the ability to formulate analysis and proposals\nStrong critical analytical skills and attention to detail\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Workday, and other data analysis tools.\nAbility to leverage AI to drive efficiencies and insights into daily work\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Business, Finance, HR, Legal)\nCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.\n#LI-KG1\nThe base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
