You'll drive network modernization initiatives, serve as a Level 3 escalation point for critical incidents, and help shape the strategic evolution of our global network architecture.\nAs a key contributor to our network infrastructure initiatives, you will provide Level 3 escalation support for operational incidents and play an integral role in the strategic evolution of the organization's global network architecture. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across routing and switching, cloud networking, and secure access technologies, including Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco SD-WAN, Forescout NAC, Cisco wireless infrastructure, and network access control solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitect, implement, and maintain enterprise network and security solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and Azure cloud environments.\n\nLead network modernization and Cisco SD-WAN deployments; optimize WAN resiliency and application performance across global sites.\n\nEngineer and support Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), Palo Alto firewalls (Panorama, VM-Series), and Zero Trust / network segmentation.\n\nAdminister Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and support DNS modernization and automation.\n\nManage Forescout NAC, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers, and enterprise Wi-Fi.\n\nSupport routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), Layer 2/3 architectures, VLANs, VRFs, QoS, and high-availability design.\n\nManage, configure, and troubleshoot SFTP and FTP file transfer solutions.\n\nAct as Level 3 escalation for major incidents; lead root cause analysis and mentor operations/engineering teams.\n\nIndependently lead and manage projects from inception to completion.\n\nProvide support for after-hours maintenance windows, emergency system changes, and weekend project implementations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or Network Engineering (equivalent experience considered).\n\n10+ years in enterprise network engineering/operations; 5+ years supporting global environments.\n\nProven track record leading large scale network transformation initiatives.\n\nTechnical Expertise\nCisco Routing & Switching · BGP/OSPF/EIGRP · MPLS/VPN/QoS · Palo Alto & Panorama · Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA/ZDX) · Azure Networking (ExpressRoute, VNets, VPN Gateways) · Infoblox DDI · Cisco SD-WAN · Forescout NAC · Cisco WLC / Enterprise Wi-Fi\nCertifications\nOne Required (More Preferred):\nCCNP Enterprise (or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure)\n\nPalo Alto Networks PCNSE\n\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have:\nZscaler Digital Transformation Administrator (ZDTA)\n\nZscaler ZIA / ZPA Certified Administrator\n\nInfoblox Certified DDI Engineer\n\nCisco SD-WAN (ENSDWI) Specialist\n\nForescout Certified Network Administrator\n\nThe base salary range for this position is $119,000 - $140,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
