We are seeking a seasoned SAP Developer to join our backend engineering team. This role requires deep expertise in SAP technologies, alongside strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and backend architecture principles. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), leveraging SAP CAP and Fiori (UI5).
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust backend solutions using SAP CAPM on SAP BTP.
- Develop and maintain front-end components using SAP Fiori (UI5).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Work with the HANA database for data modeling and integration.
- Guide architectural decisions and contribute to best practices in backend engineering.
- Optionally contribute using Node.js for related backend components.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and backend Node.js architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori (UI5) development.
- Experience working with SAP BTP and the HANA database.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with Node.js and its ecosystem.
