As Everflow continues to expand, we’re looking for motivated people who want to grow with us and help build something meaningful.\nPosition Summary\nEverflow Supplies is seeking a safety-focused and dependable Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while operating a cherry picker in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating warehouse equipment, using RF scanners, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.\nWhat You'll Do\nSafely operate a cherry picker to retrieve and store products throughout the warehouse.\nPerform pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any mechanical or safety concerns immediately.\nAccurately pick customer orders using pick tickets and RF scanners, ensuring the correct product, quantity, size, and color are selected.\nAssemble and stage orders on pallets for shipment.\nTransport completed orders to designated shipping or staging areas.\nVerify that all shipments are complete, accurate, and free from damage before shipping.\nReport damaged merchandise, quality concerns, or inventory discrepancies to management.\nTag and report open or damaged cartons stored on warehouse racks to maintain a safe work environment.\nReceive, unpack, count, sort, and label incoming products as needed.\nUtilize barcode scanning equipment and warehouse inventory systems to maintain accurate inventory records.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures.\nCommunicate equipment, product, or facility issues promptly to the Shipping Supervisor or Manager.\nSupport warehouse operations by performing additional duties as assigned.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRequired\nMinimum of one (1) year of recent experience operating a cherry picker in a warehouse or distribution environment.\nExperience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.\nAbility to accurately read and interpret pick tickets and shipping documents.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors and coworkers.\nCommitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.\nTarget Compensation Range: The posted pay of $18/hr represents the anticipated hiring pay for this position.
