As Everflow continues to expand, we’re looking for motivated people who want to grow with us and help build something meaningful.\nPosition Summary\nThe Credit Analyst is responsible for evaluating customer creditworthiness, establishing and maintaining credit limits, minimizing financial risk, and supporting the company's cash flow objectives. This role works closely with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure sound credit decisions while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and a customer-focused approach to credit and collections management.\nWhat You'll Do\nReview and analyze customer financial statements, credit reports, and trade references.\nEvaluate new customer credit applications and recommend appropriate credit limits.\nMonitor existing customer accounts and adjust credit limits as necessary.\nAssess credit risk and identify potential collection concerns.\nMaintain accurate customer credit files and supporting documentation.\nPartner with Accounts Receivable and Collections teams to resolve disputes impacting payment performance.\nReview aging reports and assist in mitigating delinquency risks.\nPrepare credit reviews and recommendations for management approval.\nMonitor customer payment trends and proactively identify high-risk accounts.\nSupport order release decisions in accordance with company credit policies.\nCommunicate credit decisions professionally to internal and external stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.\nProvide collection support by managing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, including following up on past-due invoices, resolving payment disputes, documenting collection activities, and escalating high-risk accounts as needed.\nAssist with collection efforts during periods of reduced credit analysis workload to support departmental cash flow objectives and maintain customer account health.\nCollaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to balance risk management with customer relationship objectives.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\n3+ years of experience in credit analysis, accounts receivable, financial analysis, or commercial collections.\nStrong understanding of financial statements and credit risk assessment.\nExperience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and credit reporting tools.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred\nKnowledge of commercial credit practices and policies.\nExperience with collections and accounts receivable processes.\nExperience managing commercial collections and customer account portfolios.\nAbility to balance risk management with customer relationship considerations.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nTarget Compensation Range: The posted pay range of $60,000 to $65,000 represents the anticipated hiring range for this position.
