This home-daily position offers the opportunity to safely transport and deliver products to customers while providing exceptional service and representing the Everflow brand with professionalism. You will play a critical role in ensuring deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.\nAt Everflow, safety is more than a requirement, it's a commitment to our employees, customers, and communities. We empower our Drivers to make safety-first decisions while delivering the reliable service our customers depend on every day.\nWhat You'll Do\nSafely operate a box truck to deliver products to customers and business locations throughout your assigned territory.\nLoad, secure, transport, and unload materials accurately and efficiently while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.\nFollow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and dependable service.\nVerify shipments, inspect deliveries for accuracy, and complete required delivery documentation.\nPerform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.\nProvide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers during every delivery.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding delivery status, route updates, and customer needs.\nContribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence by following company policies and safe driving practices.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequirements\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.\nExperience operating a box truck, delivery vehicle, or similar commercial vehicle preferred.\nValid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one prior to employment.\nStrong knowledge of local routes and comfort using GPS navigation and routing technology.\nProfessional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.\nReliable, punctual, and able to work independently while managing daily delivery schedules.\nAbility to safely load, unload, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nExperience in delivery, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or customer-facing operations preferred.\nEnglish Language Proficiency is a must\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.\nFrequently lift, carry, push, pull, and secure materials weighing 50+ pounds.\nAbility to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to changing weather conditions, temperatures, dust, and noise.\nPhysical stamina, coordination, and balance required to safely operate commercial vehicles and perform delivery-related responsibilities.\nWhy Join Everflow\nAt Everflow, we believe great companies are built by great people.
