As Everflow continues to expand, we’re looking for motivated people who want to grow with us and help build something meaningful.\nPosition Summary\nPosition Summary\nThe Purchasing / Logistics Coordinator supports Everflow Supplies’ purchasing and supply chain operations by coordinating purchase orders, supplier communication, inventory requirements and shipments. This position serves as an important link between suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal departments to help ensure materials and products are purchased and delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.\nWhat You'll Do\nA.DocumentationDocument Collection Gathering ISF details , ISF confirmation , invoices, packing list, certificates of origin, MTR , Freight back up and other mandatory papers from suppliers. Ensuring each shipment entry and document set is filed separately per container.\nVerification Checking accuracy of details like B/L # , container numbers, item quantities, HS codes, Item Price and Payment and freight terms as per purchase orders.\nERP Entry Enter shipment missing details into ERP systems, Verify the details and if any issue correct it as per the P.O.\nCommunication Coordinating with suppliers, forwarders, C.A , banks\nFollow-ups Sending reminders to suppliers for pending documents and escalating delays to management if needed.\n\nB Purchasing\nCreate, issue, maintain, and follow up on purchase orders based on approved purchasing requirements and inventory needs.\nCommunicate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, production status, pricing, quantities, availability and expected ship dates.\nCoordinate inbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal warehouse teams.\nMonitor open purchase orders and shipments from order placement through final delivery, proactively addressing delays, discrepancies, or other issues.\nMaintain accurate purchasing, shipment, vendor, and item information within the ERP system and related tracking tools.\nReview inventory levels, demand information, lead times, and open orders to help identify potential shortages, excess inventory, or purchasing requirements.\nObtain and review freight quotes, shipping documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other import/export documentation as required.\nPartner with Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other departments to resolve purchasing, receiving, inventory, and shipment discrepancies.\nTrack supplier and logistics performance, including lead times, delivery performance, order accuracy, and recurring issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that increase purchasing efficiency, improve inventory availability, reduce freight or supply chain costs, and strengthen supplier performance.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Purchasing, or a related field preferred.\n2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, import/export, or a related function preferred.\nExperience working in a distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or inventory-driven environment strongly preferred.\nExperience coordinating international shipments and working with freight forwarders, carriers, or customs brokers preferred.\nWorking knowledge of purchase orders, inventory management, freight terminology, and shipping documentation.\nAbility to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and follow issues through resolution.\nTarget Compensation Range:The posted pay range of $50,000-$60,000.00represents the anticipated hiring range for this position.
