We are looking for a Workday Payroll Post Production Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.\nRequirements (What We’re Looking For):\nWorkday Payroll Certification \n1+ years Workday Payroll post-production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes\nKnowledge in payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel\nPassion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables\nStrong communication skills, both written and oral\nAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust\nGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives\nRecommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps\nFluent in English\nResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):\nWork directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Payroll solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs\nWork directly with clients, solving Workday Payroll issues as they arise\nActively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization\nAssist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company\nOccasional willingness to assist with client payroll processing on an as-needed basis.\nUtilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope
