Because regular in-person collaboration is central to this job, we look for candidates who live within about 50 miles of the office.\nEverfox will consider reasonable accommodation as required by law.\nTITLE: Senior Defense Technologies Alliance Manager\nLocation: This is a US-based role, requiring the ability to travel internationally.\nAbout the role:\nThe Senior Defense Technologies Alliance Manager is responsible for embedding EverFox CDS, trusted information exchange, Insider Risk, and related mission-security capabilities into next-generation defense platforms. This role focuses on identifying, developing, orchestrating, and executing new partnerships, and launching combined solutions generated through those partnerships. The position is strategic, requiring business and technical acumen, creativity, and measurable results.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEstablish, solidify, and expand strategic partnerships with key companies across the Defense Technology space.\nLead and be accountable for the entire Partner Lifecycle: Identify → Recruit → Mission Qualify → Design In → Integrate → Package → Validate → Field → Monetize → Scale.\nDesign and deliver partner plans including mission, named programs, solution architecture, commercial model, capture strategy, demos, sales plan, and economics.\nOperate at a smart pace: 0-30 days Mission Qualify; 31-60 Design In; 61-90 Integrate & Commit; months 4-6 Package & Validate; months 7-9 Field/Program Activation; months 10-12 Monetize & Scale.\nDesign, orchestrate, and facilitate collaborative go-to-market offerings.\nEstablish and document clear go-to-market strategies with internal stakeholders.\nUnderstand partner organizational structures, culture, business imperatives/strategy, technologies, and processes.\nDevise and implement pricing strategies, deal-structures, and associated contracts.\nBuild a global anchor-account map across U.S. Department of War, U.S. Intelligence Community, NATO, Five Eyes, Europe, Indo-Pacific, and other approved government/MOD markets.\nMeasure anchor success by expansion of EverFox content across the partner estate: attach rate, SKU coverage, program pull-through, qualified pipeline, and allied replication.\nTravel, CONUS/OCONUS, to visit partners face-to-face.\nDevelop and maintain ongoing, effective internal and external relationships.\nCoordinate with key internal stakeholders to align business needs with partner capabilities.\nMeet with customers, partners, and internal teammates to develop sales and partnership strategies.\nParticipate in internal planning and review activities, including pipeline reviews, campaign planning, partner program expansion, sales team strategies, and goals.\nContribute to program collateral, both internally and externally facing.\nInteract routinely with multiple levels of management, staff, customers, and partners.\nFollow through on tasks and execute plans/strategies.\nBrief project and partner status updates to senior management at specified milestones and when material changes occur.\nConsistently and accurately communicate progress and report on critical metrics.\nInvestigate problem areas and implement solutions.\nFacilitate cross-team collaboration.\nKey Knowledge and Skills:\nProven track record of designing, organizing consensus for, and delivering high-impact business strategies.\nDeep technical and operational familiarity within the mission space to qualify and launch successful partnerships.\nUnderstanding of CDS technologies and systems requiring multi-domain deployment and operation.\nStrong technical background in IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, cyber-security, cloud deployment model operations, C4ISR systems.\nAbility to engage with partners and internal teams across multiple disciplines.\nOperational and business acumen, creativity, follow-through, and bias for action.\nAbility to show consistent, measurable business results.\nCapable of holding a high-level security clearance.\nKey Education Requirements:\nTypically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience in defense technology, business strategy, or partnership management.\nMay require vocational qualifications and working toward a professional qualification.\nA reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings (\"OTE\") for this role is between:\n$195,300.00-266,600.00 USDThe actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs.
