configuration, and installation of all laptop and desktop computers and network printers\nTroubleshoots and resolves all hardware and software problems pertaining to company devices\nInstalls and supports licensed and internal software and hardware\nProvides access to systems and software through Active Directory accounts\nTriages help desk requests via phone and ticket system in a timely manner and with a high-level of customer service\nAccurately records, updates, and documents requests using the IT service desk system\nMaintains inventory of devices provided by the company with a high degree of accuracy\nProvides additional support for various IT projects\nOther duties as assigned\nREQUIREMENTS\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nExperience\n0-3 years of experience
