This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy by extracting, analyzing, and presenting key data that supports our operational and growth goals.\nAs a Data Analyst at Everglade Works, you will work cross-functionally with departments like Operations, Marketing, and Engineering, using your skills to interpret data trends, visualize insights, and drive smarter decision-making.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAnalyze large datasets from a variety of sources (internal tools, external databases, APIs, etc.) to uncover patterns, trends, and insights \n\nBuild and maintain data dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to deliver key metrics to stakeholders \n\nWork with business leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data tracking frameworks \n\nWrite SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, and automate routine reports \n\nInterpret data, analyze results, and provide actionable insights that help improve business performance \n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize data-driven processes \n\nPerform ad-hoc analysis on specific data challenges and provide tailored solutions \n\nEnsure data quality and accuracy through regular audits and validations \n\nPresent findings to non-technical stakeholders, clearly explaining insights and recommendations \n\nWork alongside Data Engineers to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes \n\nStay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics \n\nYou'll Excel in This Role If You\nHave 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role \n\nAre proficient in SQL, with experience writing complex queries \n\nHave experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) \n\nAre highly skilled in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas) \n\nHave a solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques \n\nAre familiar with data cleaning and transformation best practices \n\nHave experience working with large data sets and comfortable working with messy data \n\nCan think critically about data and draw insights that drive business decisions \n\nAre highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven \n\nHave excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business language \n\nBonus: Experience with Python or R for data analysis, and familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) \n\nWhats In It for YouAt Everglade Works, we believe in rewarding hard work with real benefits that enhance your life and career.
